"Pretty quick no from me"
I tried it out on my home course and knew fast it wasn’t going to work for me. The mapping was off on several holes, shots were showing up in random spots, and the yardages didn’t line up with what I was seeing. Instead of helping my round, it just made things more confusing. Not worth it in my book.

"Super easy to set up and use"
It works well with my iPhone and Apple Watch, and the whole process was easy from the start. Setup was simple, everything connected without much hassle, and it’s been smooth to use so far.

"Not detailed enough for me"
I was hoping for a bit more depth, honestly. Maybe I expected too much, but I went into it wanting to actually learn something useful, and it just didn’t give me enough detail to really take much away from it

"Kept Ruining My Practice Plans"
I was excited to use this, but the club sensors have been a headache. Half the time they don’t pick up shots, and other times they just randomly die on me. I’ll plan to get in a good practice session, then end up standing there checking the app over and over to see if anything even recorded. It completely throws off the whole thing. For what this costs, I expected it to be way more reliable. Instead, it feels like I spend more time messing with the setup than actually playing.

"i mean, I really wanted the Smart…"
i mean, I really wanted the Smart Caddie to be useful, but most of the time it just felt like it was making random club guesses. It kept telling me things I already knew or giving advice that didn’t really match the hole or the way I actually hit. After a few rounds, I pretty much stopped trusting it. The tracking is decent here and there, but for the price, I expected a lot more. The caddie part just didn’t do much for me.

"I really wanted to like this, but…"
I really wanted to like this, but the shot tracking just wasn’t accurate during my rounds. It missed several shots, counted some putts incorrectly, and I found myself fixing things after almost every hole. After a few rounds, it felt like more work than just keeping score on my own. Maybe other people have better luck with it, but for me the issues felt preventable and made the whole thing too frustrating to justify the cost

"Not really worth it"
I wouldn’t say this was worth it. I was hoping for a better experience, but it just didn’t really live up to what I expected.

"Battery Life Is a Letdown"
I expected a lot better for the price. The battery died halfway through my round, which was really frustrating and kind of ruined the experience. When something costs this much, I shouldn’t have to worry about it quitting on me before I’m even done using it

"Seems to drain my battery quickly"
From my experience, this app really seems to use up my phone battery fast. I noticed my battery dropping quicker than usual after using it, so it feels like it’s a bit too power-hungry for my liking

"I actually think the sensor itself might..."
I actually think the sensor itself might be good, and when it works, it seems like it does what it’s supposed to. But I ran into an issue and reached out twice by email, opened a ticket, and even tried chat. I got the automatic reply, then basically silence for over a week. That was really frustrating, especially when I needed help getting things sorted out. I’d still be willing to give the product another shot, but the support experience definitely needs to improve.

"Keeps Missing My Rounds"
I’m not trying to be overly critical, but it misses my rounds way too often. I expected it to be more reliable, and it gets frustrating when I have to keep dealing with the same issue.

"Too Much Trouble to Set Up"
I couldn’t get the sensors to pair properly, and the app kept forcing me to restart the whole process. After about an hour of messing with it, I just gave up. Maybe mine was just a bad experience, but if the setup is this frustrating right out of the box, I’m not sure it’s worth the hassle.

"Confusing updates for a simple replacement"
I needed a replacement sensor and thought it would be a simple process, but it ended up being more annoying than expected. The website made it seem like everything was straightforward, then I wasn’t getting clear updates and had to keep checking on it myself. To make it more confusing, one email seemed to say one thing while the site showed something else, so I wasn’t really sure what was going on. Support took a while to reply and didn’t really answer my actual question, just sent back generic info. By the time it finally got sorted out, I’d already missed using it for a few rounds. Frustrating for such a small part.

"Bad Timing Makes the Sync Issues Even More Annoying"
I want to like this app, but it always seems to mess up at the worst possible time. Some rounds don’t show up, or it takes forever to sync my data after I play. One minute my shots are there, the next they’re missing, and then I’m stuck wasting time trying to fix it when I’m already done for the day. Maybe I’ve just had bad timing, but for the price, I expected it to be a lot more dependable. Frustrating.

"Good stats, but pricey"
Not gonna lie, the stats are solid and I liked being able to see the details, but the yearly fee just feels too expensive for what you get. I don’t think it’s worth renewing.

"Reminded Me Why I Stick to My Old Rangefinder"
I tried using this for a few rounds, hoping it would make things easier, but the yardages were all over the place. I play with my brother often, and we kept comparing it to his rangefinder, this one was consistently showing the wrong distances. After a while, it just became more annoying than helpful. Not really worth the hassle for me.

"Left Me More Frustrated Than Confident"
I tried Arccos for a few rounds, it just kind of put me in a bad headspace. The club recommendations felt way off most of the time, like it was telling me to hit clubs that didn’t match my normal distances at all. I get that wind, lie, and conditions can change things, but this missed the mark too often for me. Instead of helping me feel more confident, I ended up second guessing myself over shots I usually feel fine about. For the price, it just wasn’t worth it for me

"The app works fine for tracking golf stats…"
The app works fine for tracking golf stats, and I haven’t had any major issues using it. My only regret is not looking into the data controls earlier, because they’re not as easy to find as I’d like. It’s not a bad app at all, but it does feel like they collect quite a bit.

"I bought the Arccos sensors hoping they’d…"
I bought the Arccos sensors hoping they’d at least get me through a full season, because realistically I’m just using them during normal rounds and not doing anything unusual with my clubs. After a few rounds, a couple of the sensors started acting weird, like they weren’t picking things up the way they should. Then one of them actually cracked while I was swapping grips, which surprised me because it wasn’t like I was putting a ton of pressure on it or being careless. Support was fine overall, so I don’t really have a big complaint there, but the sensors themselves just don’t feel durable enough for something that’s supposed to live on the end of a golf club. Clubs get moved around, put in bags, taken out, regripped, and used regularly, so I expected them to be able to handle that better. I like the concept, but I’m tired of replacing little parts that feel like they should be tougher than they are

"Connection Issues Made It Frustrating"
I really wanted these to work, but the sensors kept losing connection and pairing took way too long. The app would find them one minute, then they’d disappear the next, which got really annoying out on the course. To make it more confusing, one email seemed to say one thing while the app or setup process said another. Overall, just felt like more hassle than it was worth.
